KINGS WIN FIRST TWO GAMES

The Kingsville Kings stand undefeated with two wins through their first two games. The latest victory taking place over the Toronto Blue Ice Jets in a close 4-3 final.

Jan Pechek recorded the victory in goal making 27 saves.

Scoring for the Kings included: Kottek, Niederbach, Druszka and Guerrero.

Through two games, the Kings leading scorer is Mathias Gardiman who has an impressive 6 points (2g, 4a). Between the pipes Pechek has both victories.

Through the early going Kingsville sits second place in the South Division, only behind the Toronto Predators.

Next up for the Kings will be the Niagara Whalers on the road. Niagara has a revamped lineup and is expected to be a close game. Kingsville is back at hom on Sunday, Sept. 20 hosting the London Lakers. Puck drop 7:00pm at home.
