The Kingsville Kings won two of their three games this past weekend, snapping their long standing win streak but still remain atop the GMHL's South Division.

First up was a tight 6:5 victory over the Toronto Predators. The hard working Predators squad has turned things around after a slow start, giving the 1st place Kings a run for their money.

The second matchup was a nail biter hosting the 2nd place St. George Ravens. The Kings and Ravens are considered to be two of the top teams in the division. It went 3:2 in favour of the visiting Ravens but showed that the Kingsville Kings deserve to be atop the South.

In their third game in three nights the Kings bounced back with a 9:5 win over the Tillsonburg Hurricanes, making the weekend a winning success.

The Kings boast a South leading 19-3-0 record.
