The Kings are proud to announce the addition of Robert Lis, and David Vostarek.

Lis comes to the kings from most recently playing for Växjö Lakers who play in the SuperElit league; which is the top junior league in Sweden; arguably the top junior league in Europe as it has produced many players that have gone onto the NHL. The 1997 forward had 5 goals and 3 assist for 8 points in 25 games this season while he has also represented his home country of Czech Republic with the U18 National Team.

Vostarek comes to the Kings from HC Litinov U20 in the Czech Extra League. The 1996 Defenseman also spent time playing games with the Czech national junior team. Vostarek is a crafty defenseman with has an offensive side. He is reliable in all three zones of the ice and will be heavily relied on player for the Kings.

Coach Astalos went on to say “We are happy to have our final roster set for playoffs. We waited a long time and had quite a few kids skate until we decided with the final three we would add. A tremendous amount of thanks to our scouting and hockey staff for the help that went into this. All three players will make an immediate impact to our core group of guys. We have a great group of guys in our lockeroom that compete hard; we look forward to making our playoff push”.

The Kings are currently 30-2-0 with only four home games remaining. The Kings will take on the Dragons tonight at 8 PM at the Kingsville Arena Complex.
