Kings Continue to Rule GMHL

Nov 24, 2015

The Kingsville Kings have had a number of tough games in a row but have managed to remain undefeated in the GMHL regular season. A close 3-1 match against the Halton Ravens was the latest victory in the win column.

It wasn't until the third period that the Kings were able to break a 1-1 deadlock in Halton.

Veteran forward CJ Nicholson and his line mates were the difference makers in the match. CJ potted two goals in the third to secure the victory. Pechek also played outstanding in goal making 41 saves.

Ryan Gruszka had the other goal for the Kings.

The games don't get any easier moving forward as the GMHL's South Division is quickly becoming a competitive division. Every team in the league has a chance to upset another team on any given night. Next up is the Toronto Attack on home ice. The game takes place Friday at 7:00pm.
