Just a week following the first loss of the year, the Kingsville Kings have a renewed edge to their game and have stepped up to play the best level of game since Day 1.

The most recent victory over the London Lakers was a 10-1 final, showing the renewed drive the Kings have. London has always played the Kings strong, coming within a few goals in nearly every other meeting. The Kings took their game to a new level and pounded the Lakers this weekend.

Mathias Gardiman had a three goal and four point performance leading the Kings offensively.

Also finding the back of the net included: Oktavec (2), Hodulov, Zulkanycz, Darrah, Matyi, Leach.

The Kings are in the middle of a three game home stand. Next up is the struggling North York Renegades on Friday at home. Puck drop is 8:00pm.
