The Kingsville Kings bounced back from a two game skid this past weekend against the Komoka Dragons.

It was a much needed victory for the Kings squad, who dropped two close battles previously. The Kings won 5-3 over the Dragons on home ice Sunday.

Goaltender Chase Standford had a stellar performance, stealing the game for the Kings. Chase made 46 saves, being named to the first star.

The pair of Miroslav Hylena and Matyas Kasek both had two goals in the game to be named second and third stars respectively. Niada also found the back of the net in the match.

The Kings are sitting near the top of the standings with a 3-2-1 record through the early going.

Kingsville has the week off to practice before hosting the Oshawa Riverkings next Sunday afternoon on home ice. Puck drop is 3:00.
